  • Can I Make a Dip to White Preset?

Posted by Dowhite on August 14, 2005 at 4:13 am

It’s odd that PPro has a transition for “dip to black” and not one for “dip to white”. Is there any way to make a preset for this type of a transition?

    Thanks.

One way would be to create a sequence containing just the ramp to and from white and then place this on top at the point where you want the ‘transition’ in the main sequence.

By saving this in a separate project, you can import it for use in the future.

Or, you can create a preset from the opacity control. Then just apply that preset to any white matte of any duration, and it will scale properly.
