Hi, regarding generated media with inability to sync to main timeline, can I DO THIS: select an event with a marker and move those two as one – the marker(s) moves with the single event, is this doable…that way, I could mark the keyframe or exact transition in the event using the marker, and know EXACTLY where I am on the timeline………………….this would work perfectly if it is doable………….

You can add a marker to an event by adding it in the TRIMMER. Then it will move with the clip.

If you have ripple turned on, you can make sure you tell it to ripple EVERYTHING and the marker should also move.

If I wanted a marker to move with an event, I’d use the trimmer method.

Great! I would never have come across this! It certainly isn’t in the online manual!
