Can I import .omf files into Adobe Premiere?
I am taking over video editing for a local TV show. The previous video editor used Avid. I am using Premiere Pro CS4 on a mac. I need clips from previous shows. Besides tape the only way he can get those to me is by giving me .omf files. Is there ANYWAY Adobe Premiere or After Effects can read .omf files?

I am working in CS4 (4.0), and need to deliver sound files to a studio. They are requesting omf format. My understanding is that I can export as omf with CS4, but it doesn’t appear as an option. Is there an upgrade or add on I need for this function? If so, what is it? And/or can I download a codec that will permit the conversion? Many thanks!
