Can anyone explain why/how this happened?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19wC6paR73AThis has never happened in any of my videos. They were both rendered in the same queue via Media Encoder. I’m referring to the flickering of the audio spectrum. If you look at all my other videos, they don’t experience the glitch. They were all rendered using the same settings. h264 1080p60fps.

Can you please point out a time reference for the glitch in the videos?
Maybe try purging the cache before rendering?
