I’m working on a video where the camera simple has to move backwards from the object,
the moving back goes in 2 steps, first the camera position moves from -1000 to -6000 in 10 seconds after that the camera moves to -56000 in 30 seconds,
the odd thing now is that there’s a curve between the -1000 and the -6000,
instead of steadily moving from -1000 to -6000 it goes from -1000 to -340, and then moves to -6000… so the camera moves in a bit first before moving out… which i never wanted. I tried deleting the camera and recreate all the keyframes but the same problem keeps returning. I’m using a trial of after effects CS3, but that it’s a trial shouldn’t be the problem i assume. Could someone telling me what i might be doing wrong?

didn’t get it to work when i did what was said in the other post, however because you mentioned the different types of keyframes i did get it to fix, turned out keyframe interpolation didn’t have lineair setting, i probably accidently changed it. thanks for the help!
