Camera lens blur, can’t select blur map?

April 13, 2017 at 4:53 pmStrangely enough, it’s the same in AE2015 as in AE2017. I must admit, windows did its update-thingy today, while I wasn’t looking… And it did work fine the previous days.

April 13, 2017 at 5:37 pmWell, that’s the strangest part of it all, it happens both in CC2015 as in CC2017 ( I started the project in CC2015, due to all the 2017-issues). I’m thinking about a reinstall right now, sigh.

April 13, 2017 at 6:19 pmi would try reseting the preferences before that. I’d also see if there might be any driver updates for your video card… this feels like a slight compatibility issue between the os, after effects and/or a driver….

April 13, 2017 at 6:38 pmWhaaa, I precomped my layer and applied the camera lens blur inside the precomp: IT WORKS!
Still don’t understand the why, but who cares, it’s the endresult that matters.
