Camera Filter Look
I am editing a multicamera concert. Most of the cameras look the same but one. It looks like the cameras have a filter on them, because the candles on stage have a star look and a warm glow. I am thinking it may be a Tiffen Star or Warm Pro Mist. Is there any plugins that might simulate that look in AE or PP 2.o?

55mm or Magic Bullet for Editors are just what you are looking for. 55mm will have more filters like the ones you are looking to emulate.
