this should work. but be awared that it takes very very long. But if you only have 5 minutes of footage or so, you can do it over night. I’ve only had limited testing and to be honest, I haven’t gotten it to look that good.

I have a 50 min broadcast doc that I offlined and onlined in PAL 10 bit, so I took 3 minutes of it and tried to convert to NTSC via Compressor 2. It didn’t look good at all but I’m sure it’s just me not tweaking the settings enough.

The other option is the Graeme Nattress conversion filter – much faster for $100.
