When the crosshairs go off the screen and are not directly on the points/numbers in a matte – is there a way to calibrate them?

Very difficult to matte something out when the crosshairs are not in line…

Also, does anyone work with CHV Bezier Mattes plug-in that this happens with and how to fix them? May be an Apple glitch but really need to know a solution

If you scale an item before applying the matte or are using a clip that is not the size of the sequence you see this problem. If you have this issue, you can always nest the item(s), then add the Garbage Matte filter to the nest.

Email Christoph at CHV. I’m sure there’s a contact email on their site. He’s very responsive.

I did email them and he was most helpful (that’s how we knew about the ‘glitch’…just thought someone else figured out another way around it

I’ll try the nesting suggestion and see if that works…

    Thank you
