C4D Rendering Failed prompt
I am trying to render out a 10 second 3d animation from C4D and I keep getting a prompt that reads…
Rendering Failed!
(File ‘C:\Program Files\MAXON/C4DR9\preview.mov’ might still be in use by the movie player)
No QT player is running, and I noticed whenever I throw away the preview.mov file as soon as I start rendering it creates a new one?Can someone help me please?

Govinda, thank you for your responce. I am on a dual processor PC (HP wx8000). I did not have AE open and your suggestion… “using column view in the finder, and the last movie you rendered is selected so that you can see its thumbnail preview in the finder. If that describes your movie, it’s ‘open’ and in use. Just go Command-2 to go to list view in that finder window”.
Does not seem viable to me because I do not have any windows open.
I tried to switch to .AVI render and the same prompt comes up except it says .avi preview.Still scratching my head.
