    Hi guys

I have created a nice flag animation from a tutorial using a plane & clothilde wrapped in a nurbs and have encountered 2 little problems:

    Motion Blur

I would like to add some motion blur to make the animation more realistic and have tried adding a Motion blur tag to the plane and activating Objecz Motion Blur in render settings but to avail… Theres no visible blurring in the pattern or at the flag’s edges 🙁

Any ideas what im doing wrong?

    Global Lighting

My renders seem to be light from bottom left instead of top left – how do i change that? :S

    Thanks in advance people

As the manual explains, object motion blur only works with object translation/rotation/scale — does nothing for deformers or point-level animation. Try using vector motion blur instead.

As far as the light goes, you can adjust the location of the default light by selecting the viewport’s display menu and >default light. But for best results you’ll want to use light objects.
