  C300 – best shoulder/sticks rail rig? [price not a factor]

  So, like it says, what’s your firsthand opinion (ie, you’ve used the rig) on the best rig to go from sticks to shoulder without hassle? I’ve used a RedRock shoulder rig with a D7, and found it terrible for balance; when balanced for the shoulder, the balance on sticks is worthless. No surprise, as shoulder pad is where the tripod plate would need to be. Berkey Systems has a rig for the F3 where the shoulder pad flips out of the way to reveal the tripod plate. So the CG point is the same used either way. Haven’t talked to them yet to see if it’s adaptable to the C300, but thought I’d see what others are using as well.
