C drive still filling up
Hello
I recently installed a new version of windows, and with that I installed of course Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 (newest version)
I know that you need to relocate the Cache drive and Media Cache files to another drive, in order for the C drive not to fill up with conformed files/cache files. But even though I already did that, I can see that every time I open a project in premiere, my C drive is getting filled up somehow.
“C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache Files” is completely empty, and I can for the life of me not figure out why im still filling up my C drive?
My conclusion is that somewhere still on my C drive files are stacking up, BUT WHERE!?!?!
Can someone please help me?

The dreaded temp folder, which must be dealt with manually (unless you write a batch file for yourself) may be the issue.
Navigate to users / (your name) / appdata / local / Adobe / temp. You may have a huge pile of temp files sitting in there, awaiting your disposal.
System:
Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2014 (as of 7/2015)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF. -
I tried to locate that directory, but cant find it :/
Did i mention that im on a windows 10 PC? Dont know if thats relevant?
But once i get into the users directory, theres no folder called appdata :/

I’ll have to check on my Win10 machine at home. But I had an error in the path I provided anyway.
It is actually \Users\name\AppData\Local\Temp.
System:

It turned out to be after effects that had a cache folder in there.. Just cleared 6 GB.. Thank you 😀
