But when I export to DVD…..
Ok, so when I view my sequence in the canvass, it plays back fine, but that is when the view is set to ‘fit to window’. Now, when I view at 100%, I’ll see somewhat of an overlay in certain frames, which when I export to DVD really becomes a mess, choppy and will stutter at spots. Now, when I export to QuickTime, it looks fine, but even when I send that file to compressor, it will have the same playback problem at those specific times. I hope I’m making sense here…any ideas?

Oops…guess that might help. Well, not on front of my mac right now but it was ripped from DVD to apple prores hq 29.97, seq is dv NTSC, on iMac with snow leopard…..
