Burnt in timecode
I want to add timecode to an exported quicktime movie, but if I stick it on the vidoe I have it just shows the timecode of each individual clip. I tried adding another video track with a slug in it so i could put timecode on that but I could only make the slug 1 minute long. There must be an easier way than either of these, but I can’t seem to find it. Do I have to consolidate the project so there’s just one unbroken line of video and apply it to that?

Option 1-NEST the sequence then apply the filter to the nest.
Option 2 – Export a QT Reference movie, reimport that, then add the time code filter.

Option 3 – Right click timeline and select view in viewer. Apply time code reader.
