  burning PAL format FCP movie on iDVD + conversion on QT?

  If I want to burn a PAL format FCP export on iDVD do I need to set the default settings on iDVD for PAL?
  Also, somone told me I can convert PAL to NTSC using Quicktime Pro. Is that right?
