  Bungie cord effect

  Hello,

  I was wondering if there was a way to “loose parent” objects. What I want is to have one object moving and the other one to loosely follow it. As if it was on a bungie cord; be behind a little bit then go past its mark a little then come back. I am trying to get away from key framing all of this.
