Still a noob at Cinema 4D. I understand that a 3d app, like C4D is able to accomplish the ‘bullet-time’ effect.

    So, how? 🙂

Basically, I have a 3D model that I am animating, and I want to take the viewer 180 degrees from behind the animated model to the front of the animated model to see the face, all in one fluid movement, a’la Matrix.

    Thanks for any help.

Well, you could use a Target-Camera – attach the target to your object –
put an Arc-Spline in position – use an Align to Spline Tag for the camera
    and animate the position.
    This is just one possibility.

If all you want to do is get a camera to orbit something, create a null at the position of your subject, Parent a camera to it and simply rotate the null. Just like doing a solar system setup. Earth parented to the sun, and rotate the sun kind of thing.

    Good analogy.

    Still working it.

In the meantime, is it also possible to do ‘slow-motion’? I’m guessing just speed-up or slow-down the section of frames in question.

Try the F-Curve-Manager and adjust the Key-Frames
or create a few new ones if needed.

    Cheers
