  • Bug? Can’t see Metadata Display in PPro

I’ve just picked up CS4. All going well in PPro, but I’m trying to setup my project pane with “Video Usage” and “Audio Usage” and when I open the Metadata Display dialog (used to be “Edit Columns”) to select those parameters, it will only let me see the very bottom of the dialog, and no expanding of the window will let me get to the rest of the items in the dialog. Obviously a bug. Is there another way to set up the columns with these Items?

I can drag out the bottom of the Metadata Display window to the height of my monitor and see most of the choices, although there is a scroll bar as well.

I cannot do that in mine – no matter how I drag the sides of the window, a very very small portion of the menu stays in the upper right corner. I can click on “Mobile SWF” on that’s it. Sucks.

This has happened to me as well – I blamed it on the monitor – as it would work on one and not the other. I found that on a Viewsonic HDTV via HDMI, the metadata window just didn’t work properly. Maybe it was HDMI. On a DVI connected Computer monitor, it works fine. So I’ll blame it on HDMI instead.
