Win 10 is supported. Win 7 support for Resolve ended a few years ago so bugs that are 7 specific are unlikely to be addressed. Also older GPUs may not be supported either so the combination of old OS, old NVIDIA drivers and aging cards may not be reliable. You can find details of supported software and hardware on the BM support pages

April 27, 2018 at 1:46 amAs mentioned, w10 is minimum OS requirement. We don’t forceable stop w7 use but wont look at any reported w7 issues unless they also show on w10.

April 27, 2018 at 3:30 amI can confirm on my less than state of the art PC that adding Spatial NR (Enhanced, that’s the heavy one, right?) doesn’t cause any crashes. Slows it down like a mother but no crash.

April 27, 2018 at 3:54 amSorry for the typo…thats a very current GTX 1070 vidcard with the latest nvidia drivers. All worked well with v 14.x. It was the update to v15 that stopped working.
I am aware that win 7 64SP has not been a supported version for quite some time. Nevertheless, it would be a surprise to me if a bug in Win 7 was unique to win7 ; and not win 10.
At any rate, I made the report, JIC anyone else also experiences the crash.

May 4, 2018 at 4:10 pmFor some reason my last three renders will chug along just fine until it gets to 99%, then it’ll hang for about 2 minutes before completing.

If you’re exporting H264 then there’s usually a small wait after for the muxing to complete.

May 4, 2018 at 10:11 pmI always export h264. And many times I’ve found myself looking at the Delivery page as the render completes, and this is the first time I’ve seen this behavior. Of course it never happened in previous versions of DR, ergo I declare it to be a v. 15 bug! Remember, my videos are only a few minutes long, I’m not rendering out half hour documentaries.
