  BT LH900 Monitor- burn in

  I recently purchased the BT LH 900 (usually sold w/ VariCam) to monitor my SD and when I upgrade, to HD. I’ve found that if I send an external source, like the monitor out of my D30 betacam, (which contains TC, TV safe etc) after a few minutes those elements burn into the picture screen! If I shoot for 5 or 10 minutes a screen without the gfx the burn goes away. Has anybody experienced this? I thought burn in was only on plazmas. Is this a defect? I have found nothing in the Panny liturature that talks about this.

  Otherwise this is a great monitor, but not being able to view the camera monitor out is a real setback.

  Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
