Brushes appear slightly transparent and my colours paint over or on top of each other.
For the life of me I cannot figure out why my photoshop CC is doing this. I don’t know if it is going to be a simple fix or not. My opacity is at 100% and my blend mode is at normal but when I paint with the brush it looks like it is transparent and my colors paint under each other. This had happened to me once before I don’t know how I got it to stop. Hope someone knows how to fix this.

Up at the top I see your brush is set to Pin Light mode. That would be why that is happening. Change it to Normal.
