  broadcast safe filter

  i read somewhere the best way to do this is to nest the sequence then apply the broadcast safe filter to the entire net. i did, and its saying that i dont need to render. however, if i apply the effect to a regular clip (before nesting) it says i have to render. so is this a realtime plugin or not? thanks -c
