I think I may have found a bug when using the Broadcast filter.
The broadcast filter in Vegas12 is somewhat different than in Vegas10.
I was using a template from Vegas10 which had the broadcast filter on it. Well, it appears fine when using Vegas12 but checking the filter to be on does not stick.
So… in order to make things work, the old filter has to be removed and the new one put in place. In other words, the old filter appears but does not function properly.

I have noticed that using “pre” Vegas Pro 12.0 projects as templates seems to cause problems. I would create a brand new project in Vegas Pro 12.0 and use that as your new template.

Don’t forget, Sony is upgrading all of the plug-ins to be GPU enabled and each plug-in has a unique id to identify it and if you had a project with an old plug-in id it may load a plug-in that was never meant to be loaded into Vegas Pro 12.0.
