Brightness Adjusting Tips
I’ve just finished filming a wedding and have several shots of the bride which are nice but the dress is reflecting the light and is almost glowing, the rest of the shot meanwhile is dark as the room had very low light. Any tips on adjusting the image?

I would try to use the 3-way color corrector. For an explanation on how to use it, check out the FCP manual.
You can also add more than one 3-way color filter to a clip to make more complex adjustments.
