“break out to mono” and “source channel mappings” are greyed out on PP2.0

This is happening on a stereo track. This is a wedding video I shot with a Sony Z1 with a Sennheiser Radio Mic on the groom in “input 1” and another Sennheiser on top of the camera for ambient sound in “channel 2”.

When I select a clip in the timeline both “break out to mono” and “source channel mappings” are greyed out.

    Any explanation…?

    Many thanks..

Have you used this footage in any timeline? Once you do, you can’t change the Source Channel Mappings. A workaround I found that doesn’t require finding it in the timeline is to make the clip a subclip, then you can change the mappings.
