Hi all this battery is about 1 year old. All lights flash after putting on the charger and will not activate the camera. Is it toast? Ive used it maybe 500 times. I wonder if there is a way to do a reset?
Its the only one out of five that fits in my housing and lasts a few hours.

    thanks

By your company name I’m assuming your housing is for under water. Put the battery on the camera but also hook the camera up to house power using the supplied cable and battery charger. Set the charger to DC OUT, and push the STATUS button. You didn’t mention what sort of camera you have, but on an EX1R the button is located under the handle.

Cycle through the status screens until you reach the battery/card info to see what the status of the battery is. If the battery scale is missing or very very low you’ll have to trash it and get another. I don’t know what the warranty on a BPU60 is or are you talking about the supplied BPU30? A set of flashing lights on the battery usually means it’s now a boat anchor.

500 recharge cycles is pretty much the end of the line for Li-ion batts.
All my v-locks died in that range.
