Bovine Bessie’s Chicken Marinade
Just a quick note of thanks for the bottle of Bovine Bessie’s Chicken Marinade from NAB 07. My wife marinated chicken breasts over night in it and after adding her special touches served it for dinner. Amazing. Wonderful. Not nearly as hot as the chili with two cans of Rotel, but seasoned to perfection. Thanks for a culinary delight!!

We’re glad you liked it, Del.
This new batch was not nearly as hot as the original, which was known to bring tears to Bessie’s big brown cow eyes. In fact, we’ve heard rumors that some people that got bottles of the original and didn’t eat it have seen the bottle’s glass etching from the inside as the heat begins to dissolve the bottle.
