Borrs FX not working in Vegas 9.0 (32-bit)
I am using Vegas 9.0e (32-bit) on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (I also have the Vegas 9.0e 64-bit installed).
I have installed and tested Red 4.3.3; it seems to be working ok.
I installed Boris FX 9.3.2. At first, Vegas could not find the FX plug-in. After several re-install attempts, I finaly figured out that the installer was installing to C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 9.0\Video Plug-Ins;
These files need to be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Vegas Pro 9.0\Video Plug-Ins.
Now the FX plug-in shows up when I launch Vegas, however when I try to use an effect (Drag FX to the video track), the Boris FX box opens up blank, and no effects can be selected/edited.

First, make sure that your BorisFX version is the latest, if it is I’ll have to ask you to contact our tech support. FX 9.3.2 was approved for 32 bit Vegas 9 and 10 so we need to look deeper into why it’s not showing up right after installation. Moving the plugin to another directory may confuse other parts of the software package so I’m not surprised that the UI window comes up blank. Good try though.
