Border around mask?
I’m currently making a video with chroma keying in wich after chroma keying the green screen out, what’s left is only my silhoutee (after using show mask only) , what im wondering is if there is any way to get a border around my solhoutte, when i use the border FX it applies to the whole screen, making a square around it..what i want to get is a border that only applies to the silhoutee of me that was left after keying out the green screen background…any help on how to do this would be appreciated!

I’ve done this before, but it was an accident!
But I’m sure it involved individually masking each frame with Event Pan/Crop, and it was pretty horrible…The only thing I can think of in Vegas is cookie cutter, which allows you to add a border to a generic masked shape like a circle or rectangle.
If you’re looking for something tight around your subject I think you may need to look to after effects or something, with motion tracking etc.
