Boole and mograph, do they work together
Hey.
Thought this was a simple project, but it turns out to be a bit of a head scratcher.
I have created a simple boolean shape where a sphere is cut out of a cube (I will call this ‘bowl’).
Secondly I have created some mograph text and warped it using a spline warp (found under the mograph tab) which matches the contours of the bowl.
I want to ‘cut out’ / ‘engrave’ the text from the bowl, but whenever I use the boolean tool it doesn’t work.
Does boolean shapes and mograph text not work together? Is there another way to achieve what I want? Any help would be gratefully received.

I tried it and it works fine here. Your heirarchy should be:
Boole
..Boole
….Cube
….Sphere
..Text Object -
