Book (E or Print) for Pr? What’s the consensus?
Hi folks, especially Ann, who has been very helpful to a newer user. Is there a consensus on a great book that gives one place to find keyboard shortcuts and deep intel on Pr? I ask this because I feel that Adobe’s help is really not very useful. It constantly points me to videos,which can be fine, but sometimes I just want an written overview of one thing (such as my recent posts here). The written help on Adobe’s site is ok, but seems to be missing a lot (try to find something simple like what the ‘chain’ icons mean or do in the metalogging window, or how to put in similar data from clip to clip without copy and paste, for example).
In FCP, people like Larry Jordan have wonderful smaller books that clearly lay out shortcuts and best practices. Before I buy 5 or 10 Pr books looking for a good one, it would be great to have some of you chime in.
