Body Tracking in after effects
Hello!
I need help in tracking this man’s movement so that I can place gun shot holes on his body and also can track other blood spills on his body. Though I did it by tracking mask but I am not happy with the result. Please suggest how I can track his movements so that I can track gunshot wound and blood on his body.

There are a multitude of ways to track something in a shot. You can use AE’s point tracker, Mocha AE (that is included for free with After Effects), King Pin Tracker or Spot Clone tracker if you have Red Giant Complete, Lockdown from aescripts + aeplugins, etc. You just use whatever you have available to make a track of each area you need tracking data for and then attach your elements to that tracking data.
