Blurry TV Effect
Hello,
I’m trying to cut a trailer for 1985’s Red Dawn, and there was a effect I wanted to use in the trailer. You know the old tube tv’s would lose reception? The screen would get blurry, and the picture would move, along with static, how could I recreate that using FCP. Its the only program I have at the moment.
