  blurry DVD menu problem

  I created widescreen PAL DVD menu using Encore and Photoshop. While previewing in encore it looks sharp, but when burnet to DVD or created DVD image the menu becomes blurry. And I noticed the bluriness is not even. It gets more blurred on some spots more than others.
  I tried to use outlines for type, tried to sharpen text but still get the blurry results.

  I`m including screenshot from previous DVD project, witch is made by other studio and the text looks fine there, so there must be a workaround to avoid this bluriness.
