blurring certain areas….
I am using CS4 pro and how would I be able to blur out a certain company name while the video is going. It is a 3d city and the motion is if a helicopter was filming it. So, it is constantly moving…there are certain company logos on the building that I NEED to blur out but just the logo on the building not the whole frame? Help. thanks.
