..BluRay disc…..
..I’m shooting HD from about a year ago (EX3), producing DVD content and HD files for web or USB media distribution….
now I have a customer that wants a BluRay disc … is DVD architect reliable to produce BluRay ?? what about compatibility ??, what disc-format do I need to choose ?? (BD-R, etc.) ..do I need to check the customer’ player ??
… best BluRay burner out there ?? (I don´t even have one….)
any comments would be greatly appreciated….

Yes, DVD Architect 5.0 can burn Blu-ray.
what about compatibility ??,
Buy the best quality discs you can. Stay away from “value” brands.
what disc-format do I need to choose ?? (BD-R, etc.)
BR-R is what you want.
..do I need to check the customer’ player ??
Players are a mess with constant firmware updates. Just tell your customer to make sure their firmware is up to date and hope for the best.

I like Pioneer burners. I have an early 2X Blu-ray burner from them and it works great.
