Blur part of layer
Is there anyway to blur just a bit of a layer, without it screwing up keying?
I have a Arm that I want to look like it comes from the wall, but at the moment without the blur it just looks like its ontop of the wall. -

Use an adjustment layer with a mask. Probably want to precomp the adj. layer and the keyed layer (either that, or your mask has to be animated and really accurate).
