Blur a part of image that moves
On those police shows or the news you always see that they blur the persons face and the blur follows the motion of the action. I know they are not going frame by frame in AE and blurring the image. Anyone have any idea what they use? I need to blur some products that are moving on an assembly line and the camera moves in the various shots. I can’t imagine rotoscoping this. Thanks in advance.

make an adjustment layer that has your blur settings on it, then motion track the face, object and mask the adj layer…
