Blue Ray for Europe (24 fps or 25 fps)
Hi,
i need to make a blueray DVD(on a mac)and am confused by the infos
i found so far. It`s just a movie (5min.) that should play in any blueray player
(in europe, germany), no menues etc.As i understand it, blueray requires 1080p24 for Europe. Or 1080i50.
My material is 1080p25 and some stock footage clips 1080p29.97
What would be the best way to go?1. Convert all media files to 1080p24
2. Do the editing in FCP in a 24p sequence
3. Deliver a 24fps clip to the sound studio and get a 24fps sound file
(wich format would be best?)
4. Put the audio in my 24fps sequence
5. render a movie file at 24 fps
6. encode the movie file in adobe encore
7. burn blueray disk from inside adobe encoreOr can i just work in 1080p25 (convert my stock clips also to 25fps) get a 25fps sound clip and render a 1080p25 movie with sound that gets encoded in encore?
I´m still quite at the beginning of the project, so all ways are still open to go.
Since this is the first blueray all tipps are really appreciated.
