    Hi all,

These forums have been tremendously helpful to me. Thank you to all the regular contributors.

Here’s my issue. I am producing a movie event that has 9 breaks in it. The rest of the show is video footage. Each of the video segments contains several short skits, from different files.

Is there a way to burn a Blu-Ray in Sony DVD Architect where each chapter plays 5-8 different skits in a row?

    Thank you!
    Dan

You could make a Video Compilation in DVD Architect which would allow you to specify the 9 files and it will play them in sequence. Chapter points will work within the files and you can skip forward to the next chapter but you will only be able to skip backward as far as to the beginning of the current file. That’s just a limitation of video compilations.

Thank you so much for the response – I think that’s what I was looking for!

Is there a way to specify the amount of space there are between chapters and/or video compilations?

I guess i can just create a 3 second blank video to act as filler between tracks

No, there is no way to add space between the files but they will have a short gap as the DVD players seeks for the next file to play so you may already have the short gap that you want. I would burn one to DVD-RW and see what you think.
