Well I wanna ask if someone know if aanimation like this is still possible with cinema 4d ?_?. Here is a example for this animatiom at 4:40:

I am sure you could but it not worth the effort. Fluid simulation in Cinema is difficult and hard to render.
Blender fluids are fairly simple to set up and its free.https://www.blender.org/
You just make the object (in this case text) place it in a big cube call the big cube an enviroment and swap the object to a fluid simulator and press play./randy
