‘blinking’ in CS

When I open a photo or photos in photoshop cs, I get an intermittent blink, or very fast screen jump. I’m also getting a ‘not enough ram’ when I try and save photos. The files aren’t huge (jpeg) and I’ve got two gigs of ram with 85% allotted for photoshop.

Make sure your scratch disk isn’t too full
Check that you have the correct drivers loaded for your video card
