    Hello

    Is there a way of overlaying an image to my videos?

    I’ll explain, I have a short clip that I want to be played as if the scene is being viewed through the eyes of someone with a specific sight problem. Ideally I would use an opaque image created in Photoshop and overlay this onto the video, but I dont how this can be done.

    I have tried using a Title clip and extending it for the duration of the scene, but the graphic options are insufficient to get an accurate representation.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Absolutely yes. 🙂

    Good try, but you don’t need to use the titler. Import the Photoshop image into your project and put it on a track above your video track.

    You will also find links to many free tutorials in the PremiereProPedia that will quickly show you how things are done in Premiere Pro.
