Blimp for Audix SCX-1
Hello. I have been using an Audix scx-1 for all of my interior shooting and have been very pleased with the quality. Being that I am working with a smaller budget, I am also using the same mic for my outdoor work.
Right now I am trying to kill two birds with one stone. Early on I knew I needed a shock mount and after having shot some work out doors I now realize that I need a blimp as well.
I want to be able to go to my boss with a solution to both of these issues and have a blimp with in integrated shock mount. Does anyone have a suggestion for something that will work with SCX-1? It’s such a small mic and I am confused by all the options I have read about so far. Any clarification would be awesome.
