Blanking the back side of a page turn?
Posted by Steve Pankow on June 24, 2005 at 4:01 pmThis could be a really stupid question, but I didn’t see a way to easily shut off/blank the back side of a page turn?

June 25, 2005 at 5:12 amJust bring in a black still that is the comp size made in photoshop or something. Then apply it as the “alternate back” setting.

June 27, 2005 at 4:35 pmI forgot. It’s toggling the “S” and “M” marks on the pageturn track that does it. Man, I wish that were a little more intuitive – shouldn’t those options also be accessible from the Control window?

June 28, 2005 at 2:23 pmoh man… i thought you were talking about the bcc page turn. Yeah, the ‘S’ and ‘M’ toggle it from a single input mode to a multiple input mode. I think the reason they are not accessible from the controls window is because you have to set your other layer you want to use (a color layer in your case) down in the timeline anyway so why not just have it there.
