    Hi,
just wondering if anyone can shed some light on what I think is a major problem. I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to insert a 40 second clip into a TX master via a BM Multibridge Extreme, it would find the right in point, but would freeze for 4 frames before playing, not good. I checked the deck template, and then tried every sequence of offsets but to no avail. The only solution was to play out the entire 90 minute sequence as an asemble edit. When the edit was checked back it seems to be out consistently 2 frames on the digibeta, but it drifts between 1.5 and 2.5 frames on the HDCam SR.
I have exhausted all my options and was wondering if anyone could help.

    FCS 2
    BM Multibridge Extreme
    Quad G4
    X-San over fibre

    Many thanks,

    Enge.

I don’t have the answer but I think you will get more help over at the Blackmagic forum. Good luck.

Getting my decklinkcard working is sometimes a bit of hazzle. I just got too tired and went for a new Aja card. Frame accurate..

I’m done buying Black Magic Products after all
of the piss poor support issues I’ve experienced.

All future product purchases will be aja.
