Hey guys, new to this forum, (member of the DaVinci forums for many years). I’m wondering if I can get an answer on whether the Blackmagic Mini Converter (SDI to HDMI) would output a 10bit signal via HDMI and what HDMI revision that would be (1.3 or 1.4). Can’t find any documentation anywhere on this. I’m looking to Run a 3G HD-SDI 4:4:4 signal to a plasma with an HDMI input and I want to be sure that the mini converter is decoding and outputting a 10bit signal via the HDMI output(regardless of whether its RGB or YUV). I just don’t want banding on my client monitor. Thanks in advance!
