    Hi,
I have bought a Blackmagic intensity Shuttle, I have install the latest driver from the website and I can record in all the formats inside Blackmagic Media Express.

Outside of media express I can’t use this card. I am trying to use the card with Flash Media Encoder and I can’t get image in to it.

Also use several streaming sites like ustream and I am not able to get image to it. I have try HD SD and no luck.

I have read about the usb 3.0 chip compatibly.
I am able to record inside Media Encoder so the Intensity board it’s working…

Anyone has experience in using this card for webstreaming? is is good?

I have been running this tests on a Laptop HP Pavilion dv6-6176sa

Thanks for the help, at this point I am really disappointed with this card. I have bought several other Blackmagic stuff and always work ok…

Hi, I have had comparable issues with my intensity shuttle. I can capture in Media Express, but can’t make it work with another quicktime based application (WinVDIG) that works perfectly well with the intensity pro cards. The software crashes when interacting with the Intensity shuttle drivers. I have no idea why the shuttle’s software compatibility should be different from the pro’s. Could it be a drivers bug?
