  Blackmagic Decklink Studio 4K audio not working

  Hello, I am having no success in getting analog audio into my BlackMagic DeckLink Studio 4K. I have healthy audio levels at the mackie mixer with the main outs going into input 1 and 2 of the card. I verified with a camera that there was indeed audio coming out the console mains. I selected the composite video & analog XLR Audio in the Set input dropdown menu in the Blackmagic control panel (v10.3.7). I get video coming in the Media express software but no audio.
  I do have a reference going into the card. What more can I do?
